Supports the Procurement & Disposal Advisory Committee with administrative tasks and report preparation.

Provides administrative support for corporate communication initiatives, liaises with media and stakeholders, and organizes events.

Assists in project management, liaising with contractors, conducting site visits, and preparing project reports.

Responsible for coding all diseases and procedures of discharged patient records using the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) system. Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of patient data.

Implements quality monitoring systems, assists departments in achieving quality targets, and ensures adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.

Responsible for inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels, recording inventory movements, and coordinating with suppliers and departments.

Installs and maintains complex medical equipment, schedules preventive maintenance, and assists in training staff on biomedical equipment usage.
