The Cytoscreener II is responsible for supervising and participating in the screening of all cytology smears and liaising with the Histopathologist/Cytologist in the efficient organization and operation of the cytology service.

The Cytoscreener I is responsible for registering, processing, and screening all cervical smears, and refer all abnormal and difficult smears to the immediate Supervisor according to protocol or as instructed.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients on behalf of the ERHA by ensuring all customer requirements are met.

The Customer Relations Officer would be required to work on a 24-hour shift system and is responsible for performing all activities relating to the complaints handling/customer feedback system and collecting data for the Quality Department to support the delivery of quality health care in the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

The Coordinator-Staff Development Unit, in keeping with the vision of the Authority, is responsible for facilitating the training and development initiatives of Clinical and Nursing staff of the Authority. He/She will also focus critically on ensuring that clinical and nursing staff competencies are met to support the core business of the Authority.

The Cook II is responsible for supervising the preparation, service and distribution of therapeutic meals for patients on a daily basis and the supervision of junior staff while on duty. He/She is also responsible for inventory management while maintaining a high standard of quality.

The Cook I is responsible for the preparation of therapeutic meals in an institution or hospital. Work may involve preparation of delicacies and special meals.

The Community Liaison Unit Manager is responsible for implementing mechanisms to facilitate collaboration with agencies to ensure continuity of quality client care between hospital and primary care levels through structured interventions.

The Communications Officer is responsible for executing the corporate communication function of the authority in collaboration with the Manager-Corporate Communications.

The incumbent will be responsible for strategic areas in the hospital to ensure efficient and safe services.
