Cytoscreener II

The Cytoscreener II is responsible for supervising and participating in the screening of all cytology smears and liaising with the Histopathologist/Cytologist in the efficient organization and operation of the cytology service.

Cytoscreener I

The Cytoscreener I is responsible for registering, processing, and screening all cervical smears, and refer all abnormal and difficult smears to the immediate Supervisor according to protocol or as instructed.

Customer Relations Officer

The Customer Relations Officer would be required to work on a 24-hour shift system and is responsible for performing all activities relating to the complaints handling/customer feedback system and collecting data for the Quality Department to support the delivery of quality health care in the Eastern Regional Health Authority.

Coordinator - Staff Development Unit

The Coordinator-Staff Development Unit, in keeping with the vision of the Authority, is responsible for facilitating the training and development initiatives of Clinical and Nursing staff of the Authority. He/She will also focus critically on ensuring that clinical and nursing staff competencies are met to support the core business of the Authority.

Cook II

The Cook II is responsible for supervising the preparation, service and distribution of therapeutic meals for patients on a daily basis and the supervision of junior staff while on duty. He/She is also responsible for inventory management while maintaining a high standard of quality.
